    Ooops. I forgot to mention I cleared cache. I tried it on Firefox and IE, and then another computer entirely. I also tried both enhanced and basic graphics. Same results.

    I think this is better to have for pro roleplayers to do, letting them make a condition for good roleplaying stuff. Otherwise a little to costly to give to normal players, or even normal High Command members.

    Yes, this was an intentional change that was made during the "Fire at Will" update, you can read more here. They have currently decided to change into a more of an opt-in system so that you would have to intentionally want to block people from crossing…

    is this how the game is now meant to be. subs watching port of someone you are not at war with or just bump into some one you are not at war with and war starts. previously subs would move around without attacking or being attacked
  • there should be a beta version of the game somewhere. I mean the point of the mines is to have a different mechanic. Plus Mines were used in WWII and WWI so it kinda makes sense to implement them, would be cool. it doesn't apply to cities or elsewhere…

    the fastest game ever run was at 8x. This was sometime ago and it run into problems causing it to be discontinued for further game engine tweaking. 4x speed events came after and this has been the fastest game till this 6x event.
