Random units disappearing and reappearing

I did this several times and nothing changed. Anyway the orders were only not followed when they disappeared and reappeared. Sometimes i've given a order, closed the game, and my provinces have been taken because the order I gave was not done. Its not poor connection the game works fine otherwise

Sometimes when I send off a plane convoy it disappears for a few minutes and when it comes back its order has been cancelled? Its not just the convoy too it sometimes happens to other units. Its really annoying.
