@Femto02 I think you are on a good way. Manpower is not easy to compensate. You can steal money, ressources, .... trade em .... but not manpower ... this one is a little bit special! Clearly an ingame-scam. This could be preventable: e.g. your country gives: 5000 food other country gives: ROW this would be clear for most of us I guess. The trade right now is an invitation for "trades" like those. edit: I edited this after fox's post, because it hit's me ... my version was not obvious enough ... and if it's not clear people will be able to make a mistake when trading

It says fighters will only detect the same level or below and they will only spot units in cities and regions on the ground.

Infrastructure
PostThe enemy is able to use your infrastructure, if my memory is not letting me completly down. If the enemy is not taking the region/city over, he will have -50 % movement speed anyway.

Is he cheating?
PostIt is indead not really fair, because the player is relying on noobies and way more important, the bad display of player-to-player trade-offers. Those are really confusing. I know that in fact the diplay of trade-offers in the past were even worse. I am wondering about all the unasked design-changes, but to really have an easy understanding of a simple trade transaction.
