Quote from Brando Dilla: “So if this is not a bug, they should update their wiki. ” The reference in the wiki regarding healing and combat is talking about using gold to heal, not daily autoheal. "You can also heal your units manually with gold via the corresponding button in the army bar. This is only possible if your units are currently not locked in combat."

Daily Benchmarks
PostFor most games I'd say for the first couple/few days reserve enough resources to keep one or two factories producing lvl 1 artillery 24/7. Other than that invest in industries that produce resources that allow you to invest in more industry. Investing in food industry is also often good as food sells well on the market.

Quote from K.Rokossovski: “But when that means there are restrictions on who you can and cannot make fun about, isn't that taking it one step too far? ” Probably. I'm not necessarily saying it's right or wrong, but at least in the US this dichotomy exists.

I'm not an expert on what's racists or not and I'm sure you are not intending to be disparaging toward blacks, but most Americans would probably find this at least a bit uncomfortable.

Upgrade glitches
PostQuote from Nostroma: “Many times I've ordered upgrades on planes that were in flight. They returned to base and upgraded. This is recent. ” I understand. I was confirming that it happened to me, but I didn't check if resources were used. I just wasn't sure what you meant by "one plane only".

Upgrade glitches
PostQuote from Nostroma: “I request the upgrades while planes are in flight. The resources and manpower are taken but when the planes land they do not upgrade. ” I did this with a single patrolling interceptor and it did not upgrade once it landed. I didn't pay attention to see if it consumed resources, but if this is bugged, like you imply, it probably did. Quote from Nostroma: “Allows me to upgrade one plane at a time only ” Do you mean when they are landed or patrolling? I recently upgraded a sta…

A month or so ago I re-joined a HWW after 22 days offline. I was being attacked by the dominant coalition, but managed to fend them off. They won after about a week, but I got considerably more gold than they did. I thought this was pretty unfair given that AI ran my country for most of the match.

Quote from jubjub bird: “Another thing I've wondered is whether spies can be caught without counters ” Yes, they definitely can be caught without a counter spy. I've caught spies and I never use counters, plus from wiki: "There is also an inherent chance for spies getting caught either before or after they have executed their mission."
-
Quote from jubjub bird: “Do you have a theory for how presence of counterespionage spies would affect it? ” According to the wiki counter spies "Increases the chance of foreign spies failing their mission and being caught in the target province." So I would guess that that it changes the overall chance of failure from 50% to something higher like 75%. This could be a situation where having multiple spies in a province is worse, if the counter spy raises the chance of failure of all spies in the …

1. Spy missions have a 50% chance of failure. 2. Military sabotage has a chance to damage or interrupt production OR reveal all armies. I'm guessing it flips a coin twice 0.5*0.5 = 0.25. So a given spy would have a 25% chance to reveal. It's also possible that damage, interrupt and reveal are separate and weighted equally so reveal would then be 0.5/3 = 16.7%. The numbers above assume 25% and uses the binomial distribution; each spy is a separate coin being flipped with a 25% chance of being hea…

Flags
PostDon't think you can, but you can spectate some game and screen shot your flag and upload it. Or search for the flag online.

It is a very broad topic and completely depends on what troops the enemy has and the skill level of the enemy. For most smaller map games stacks of 10 tacs (preferably with interceptors or other planes added in to soak up damage) can greatly accelerate expansion rate by easily taking out small stacks of unarmored units. For larger maps and more experienced players that know how to defend against air it is usually best to use mostly interceptors to protect your units from enemy air. In such games…

Fire control
PostNo, aggressive shouldn't auto-fire on RoW or shared map. I assume it depends on what you have set toward another country and not what they have set toward you, but I'm not 100% sure. In other words, if you have peace set and they have RoW set, I think it should still auto-fire since your position is neutral, regardless of what theirs is.
