  • Quote from Brando Dilla: “Personally I don't waste resources on Rockets. But that's just my opinion... ” Neither do I, especially not anti-ship, which is why I'm not using them like that except once. However, I am going to use what I've got against air bases if needed. Projected enemies whose identity remains classified retain large airforces which would be crippled, but a bomber raid is too risky.

  • Under the wise oversight of Chairman Crayfish, the People's Republic of China reached an understanding with the Dominion/Republic of India. Previously, the two had signed a treaty regarding the matter of Xinjiang, promising peace; now an alliance was on the table. British India and British Egypt also formally allied, laying the groundwork for a coalition. forum.callofwar.com/index.php?…66ec3c16e8145d5c3594352db The coalition is sealed. The last military action (IRL 24 hours ago) by the PLA was t…

According to this Reddit thread, the unit thumbnails have been altered and apparently look ugly. Fortunately this isn't affecting the game I'm in, since it's 13 days old, but will affect any future games. The UI is a big part of the game and if I think it's ruined I will probably quit. Can somebody who's joined a game since the update provide some screenshots of some of the units? I want to see if they're really that bad. Devs, we love what you do to keep the game we all play running well and to…

Quote from Destructo the Great: “nah, battleships is still the king of the oceans for me, cruisers are just too weak ” How do you use them? Mahanian doctrine or attritional? Or just bombardment without sea control?

Quote from Brando Dilla: “Now Colombia has two egrements: 1. The USA is trying to attack Colombia, and only offered peace because he knew his units were in a bad position and/or needed more time to assemble more stacks 2. The USA is not planning to attack Colombia; the incident at San Juan Del Rio was a misplanning by American officials, and he is planning to fight elsewhere. ” Just like Khalkin Gol.

Is this affecting games that have been going for a while? I also notice the advertisement panel can now longer be removed. I don't think this contributes to the gameplay well, and impedes screenshots and uglifies the UI. What was the rationale for that change? I think it might be a bug, is it deliberate?

  • Quote from Carking the 6th: “Man you are crushing them, I think you may be able to pull a decent place on solo! ” Thanks. Maybe I'll do solo, but there's a couple good players in here. Quote from Karl von Krass: “Your ally India seems quite good. In any case, what is your plan after Korea? Occupy malay and sink the Japanese fleet? Have you tried to gain superpower support? ” I will probably take Malaya, Borneo and Singapore. Mongolia as well, possibly parts of the USSR. I will have to do somethi…

  • The Indo-Iraqi conflict finally broke into open war. A titanic naval battle erupted in the Persian Gulf. The battleship "Basrah" sank two Indian battleships. Across the whole front, Indian self-propelled artillery rained down artillery shells on Iraqi armour. Nice, the race is on for Mexico. I still harbour visions of your military parading through Mexico City. The Chinese Civil War killed my in-game K/D although actually raised my external, I guess that's what using people's warfare does. Good to see!

  • In mid-1950, Japanese troops crossed the Manchukuo Demilitarised Zone into Chinese-controlled Liaoning, threatening the town of Hsinking. In response, the People's Liberation Army, spearheaded by the 36th Armoured Brigade, crossed the line north of Seishin-Chongjin. Rocket artillery bombarded enemy positions while troops, many veterans of the civil war, infiltrated the enemy's front line. forum.callofwar.com/index.php?…66ec3c16e8145d5c3594352db Opening of the operation forum.callofwar.com/index.…

  • Quote from kifx1e: “its the only one who can damage panzers efficiantly ” Except possibly in Axis, tactical bombers do more damage to heavy armour than attack bombers do to unarmoured. However it is true that attack bombers on their own do more damage to light armour than tacs and are better against ships. Also, you may want to change that pfp with the visible swastika and obvious uniform of likely the worst war criminals of the 20th Century to something more wholesome, partly because it's again…

I'm interested to see how this plays out and would love to see Colombian motorised troops ride through the Mexican capital. Keep it up! IIRC Mexico starts with 2 cruisers in the Gulf, off Texas. Probably some subs or destroyers too. Quote from Brando Dilla: “(the other player being British Egypt, who is getting clapped by Romania). ” I love historic modes.

Quote from TheZhukov: “i would like to know what PvP k/d scares you as players, or at least causes you concern, mine is 2.5+ ” It depends. Even 10:1 isn't all that scary if it's an obvious grinder who only joins America:Homefront. If somebody mostly joins Antarctica and Doomsday matches and has 1/3 wins or more, any ratio above 2:1 would be scary
