Have an Advance Army of decent Anti-Air units. Thats what i do, i rush their airfields then i have the farther back army take the provinces i missed, it works well, Cause if they attack the farther back armies, they may lose their airforce because of the Advance, and if they attack the Advance, by the time it dies you will have a large bit of land and more troops already en-route(Or should).

Not really useful, and considering all the current problems, you're gonna need to wait atleast 4 months for this to be considered most likely.

Quote from Nostroma: “So tired of seeing AI's have 2 units left, then suddenly 5 units emerge from the one province they had left and attack. And they were not militia or other stealth units. Scouted the province with a lvl 3 interceptor, sent my troops in to finish them...there were 5 units there. This is a regular occurence. And it was not a player AI. I looked through the Wiki...nothing there. ” Give me the info on everything, your units, their units, who's land, levels, was it near water, et…

Starting from a corner might seem like it's easier to defend, but it's harder to expand and makes morale management harder later in the game. I think new players overemphasize Day 1 safety and don't think about mid/late game considerations. For WaW some countries are clearly better than others, based on layout, resources, province quantity, etc. H…

Quote from Per5eu5: “Quote from Fox-Company: “I usually play as Canada or Egypt in CoN 22, natural borders(Water for Canada and AI/Water for Egypt) and very few other players around that don't have other problems to worry about(North US will worry more about South US because no one ever plays Canada), in my opinion, Libya and Algeria are not good countries because unless you make one of your surrounding countries your ally, you will most likely be attacked by 2 nations very early, which will alw…

Quote from jubjub bird: “I disagree that beating a coalition requires gold, but agree that it's often easier to beat a coalition if you can attack them one at a time rather than being surrounded. I haven't played a 22 in a long time but I recall them being mostly noobs and inactives, so I don't think there's much to fear from coalitions or from being sandwiched. Probably different if you're playing AvAs. ” I join them for major updates or for a refresher round after taking a few months break, us…

PostQuote from K.Rokossovski: “"Stealth spotting" certainly was changed, but it is still off... I'm spotting a current submarine which I should absolutely not see (not even in anyone's view range), and there are ghost units from a reveal still visible in places that are currently in view (and the unit has moved since). ” I have always had the pre-spotted ghost units, its never changed and has always been around, for me atleast, so im seeing nothing new.

It's the OP's job to examine all the resources …

PostQuote from jubjub bird: “Quote from Fox-Company: “Try winning a WaW with only Cruisers, Subs, and Destroyers as your navy, tell me how that goes, play a Coastal/Navy oriented country, if you insist that Cruisers are better then surely this is no problem, i would honestly and non-sarcastically would like you to show me how you would do it. ” It's a topic for another thread, but navies are absolutely not required to win a WAW and can often be a waste of resources. Using battleships almost always r…

PostQuote from z00mz00m: “This doesn't change the basic equation. Battleships are still too slow and too vulnerable to both subs and bombers. Cruisers still see further, deal more damage to subs and move too fast for subs or battleships to catch up, and they scare off bombers. Nothing really changed. The way to make good players move away from cruisers is to decrease their bombardment range, view range, and anti-submarine damage. Until these things change, the cruiser will continue to rule the ocean…
