Regarding very weak units... If possible, I send them away to a quiet part of my country/empire as garrision/coast watchers, to let them recover over some weeks... If they were reduced in strenth early in the game, then by late-game they will have recovered to an effective level...
A round ended and I mysteriously received 7200 gold. I was not part of the winning coalition (although I had in fact played rather well), and there was no indication of my completing any specific task or achievement that normally pays gold. Complete mystery to me. Anyone have any ideas?
I thought that stealth units are exposed when in melee combat. First, log out of the game, clear browser cache, exit and relaunch browser, then log onto the game again.
(This is in reference to the World at War 100 map.) I know this has been addressed before, for sure, but I still don't really understand the difference between the "Coalitions" option and the "Free Teams" option when setting the map filters for finding and selecting a new map to join. I want to be able to join or leave or create any coaltion that I want, at any time during a round. Somebody please explain this to me (again, lol). Thank you.
"3) Every so many days, Ships should have to refuel at the nearest port/naval base, to make this fair, they only need to refuel if they are not in combat, or if grouped with a convoy, and they can refuel in neutral nations' ports/naval bases, like planes, when needing to refuel, they should make their way to the nearest base/port and then immediately return." Perhaps the use of auxillery supply/repair ships?... Require that a supply ship(s) with a supply 'capacity' equivalent to the ship(s) need…
First: Compare, study, and think about all the stats (advantages/disadvantages) between mechanized infantry, motorized infantry, plain infantry, and militia. (This will take many minutes, if you are being serious about it.) Then: Ask for more information, clarification, or advice.
I understand that if surrounding provinces have less than 80% morale then that negatively affect the morale in your province, and vice-versa. But what I'm not clear on is the morale effect on production/construction. Is any amount below 100% detrimental, or only percentage points below 80%?
From the wiki: "The target morale can be calculated by adding/subtracting all morale influencing factors from the base value 102." I'm just curious as to why specifically 102?... Something to do with game mechanics?
Well... It just seems units (at least, frequently) lose strength for no apparent reason... just walking around... I know that spys can cause sabotage, but really, this phenomenon seems too common, way too common, for that explanation.
