hello. You may be wondering, what is the 'Improvement Party'? Well basically it's a group of people (me) who want to see COW become a little more like HOI4. Basically I would really Ike to see decisions for nations, and a tile based combat system like hoi4 where units retreat after loosing a battle and you can't just snake around to VP, you will have to worry about unit supplies and such.
