Morale of a province will raise automatically at daychange as long as you manage to fill their daily consumption. Hello, Wins or losses are added to your alliance stats once an alliance match (challenge) is finished. About a one man alliance - You can select the number of players in the game, and change it to two if you wish - two is the minimum.
