If an active player built nukes and then goes inactive (this typically only happens on world maps) the AI can use the nukes against countries they're at war with. The AI in the Doomsday map also starts out with nukes (but less than human players)

Maybe also add AT-ATs and Star Destroyers at this point?

I think @Geden posted a spreadsheet showing the updated resource costs for all units somewhere in the announcement thread. Don't know if it includes updated Paratrooper conversion costs.

I'm not informed about the changes regarding resources needed for Paratrooper costs - I don't use them.

Perhaps the thing I don’t understand the most about the new resource overhaul is how (in balanced scenarios) rural resource producing provinces can have a 4-1-1 resource distribution, not an even 2-2-2. This just seems like common sense, is it not? Why on earth would they think it would be a better idea to NOT divide the provinces evenly and allow each resource to be produced in an even number of provinces?

Morale cannot be negative - once it hits zero, further iterations of battle will have no morale effect. Knowing this - all you have to do is wait until the last iteration before day change, and use a few thousand WBs to increase morale to 30 and out of danger.

If you want to play as Bulgaria, the “All Countries: All In” scenario let’s you pick from any of the 73 countries on the Historic World War map, including Bulgaria. I’m pretty sure Bulgaria is a playable nation on the Antarctic scenarios as well.
