Quote from MontanaBB: “Quote from F. Marion: “Declaring war on the US was utter folly for Hitler/Germany. In less than 6 months he had declared war on the USSR and the USA. I can think of no faster path to defeat than that. ” Even before significant numbers of American soldiers engaged the Wehrmacht on the European continent, the United States began sending massive amounts of war materiel to the Soviet Union -- notably including, but not limited to aircraft, trucks, locomotives -- that helped ke…

Quote from K.Rokossovski: “This was at a point when Germany was very irritated about the way the American navy handled the the U-boat blockade of Britain. They were escorting the convoys heading for Britain further and further into the Atlantic, making the time that U-boats could actually attack shipping shorter and shorter, with British navy free to handle only the last few hundred miles. The declaration after Pearl Harbor was a solidarity thing (even though Japan didn't show much interest in G…

Actually, Hitler planned an entire company/battalion level action in Italy, I believe in 1944. It might have been a success. I tried to look it up, but i forget the name of the action. Does anyone out there know of this? Hitler could plan small battles to the minutest detail, but knew nothing about commanding Armies. His Generals were frustrated by his ignorance. In Call of War, I'm certain he would disconnect when losing.

Hitler may try to develop super weapons, like rockets and nukes. He always had an eye for a technological edge, but in World War 2 he lost interest in a nuclear bomb at some point. nemurator98 ans Uss America have mentioned methods he would use while attacking. I also think Hitler would try to form lots of alliances, and stab everyone in the back.

PostThe photograph included in the article "Coalition Refinements" is interesting. I wonder who these Luftwaffe personnel were? They appear like they could be members of the Hermann Goering Fallschirmjager Division.

This happens as soon as I log in. Everytime I log in for three days. I logged on from a friend's computer, and everything was fine. The bug is specific to my computer. I can barely play and can't manufacture or research units (at least from my own computer). What sort of upgrades would improve the display? Could it be a virus or malware?

Last night and this morning all of my Call of War screens have zoomed in too far. It makes it awkward to move around to say the least. These screens are so enlarged I can't operate them if they don't have a zoom-out control or a sidebar. For instance, I'm trying to build new units, but I can't because the screen is too big,and I can't move around on it. I'm in game # 1467799. Please fix this problem, because the present state of my screens make it MUCH harder to play.

Juan Bertin - - Off Topic
PostFinally! aircraft carriers. Very important since the Battle of Midway. I hope the naval bombers are enhanced too. I started researching them in my game, and hope they are as destructive as the real thing.
