Trading
PostWhen you trade resources, wether in diplomacy or on the stock market, you instantly get it. But to make CoW more realistic, they should make it where you either send trucks, planes, or ships to the country that you're trading with to give them the resources. (Units would be sent to the country's capital). Also, when you're shipping off goods, they can be hijacked by another country and they steal the resources. There would be something about it in the news, and it would cause war. If you're send…

You should be able to put naval units inside of trucks and transport them across land, so it won't take a long time to get them where they need to go. Instead of going around a continent to put a ship somewhere, you could just go across. Also, you could create naval bases where there are lakes, create a navy there, and then ship it to the ocean.

also you could have natural disasters like tornadoes, hurricanes, etc., and they could decrease morale for troops and decrease morale for provinces. They could also damage buildings.

what about instead of just having random patterns of weather, the four seasons are in tact, and the weather is based on what season it is. The newspaper could announce it when it happens too.

Taxes
Postyea, that's what i was thinking. Also, it could be that some provinces give off more money than other provinces even if they have the same tax because of their population. Obviously a city would give off more taxes than a plains province.

so in the games, there are small countries that are computer played, such as Belgium, Portugal, Netherlands, Denmark, etc. It should be, where you can pick a big country, normally, but then have a choice to at the same time play as a smaller country. For example, you could play as Sweden, but then if you want, also be the leader of Norway, controlling their armies. It's like being the leader of two countries. Everything would still remain the same in the small country, it's just that a real pers…

Taxes
Postyea, so the morale in that specific province would change, but also there should be an option where you can do it to your whole country as well.

So, let's say you're at war with a country. There should be an option where (not in diplomacy) you take a part of their army for you. This would be done by paying them off to join you. Like, if there's an infantry regiment, and you pay some money, it would give you a probability that the infantry regiment would then belong to you. I'm not talking about trading armies, this is different. There would also be something in the newspaper like: Betrayal! The first infantry regiment of [country name] h…

Name Change
Postand you should be able to add that in front of your name
-
maybe it could be like you only have a choice to change your country name to put one of the following words in front of it: north, south, east, west, central, or if you have a name like that in front if it, you can take it out. for example, if you're south mexico, and you take over all of mexico, you can take the south out of your name so you'll just be called mexico. Or, if you want to put the word north in front of your country name, you can do that too.

Taxes
PostTaxes for each citizen in a country can be altered. It would increase your income, but lower your average morale based on how much you raise the taxes. If they are raised enough, a revolt could happen in the country. Also, when each game starts the taxes would be at a number for each country, if it is lowered than that number, the average morale would go up.
