The game told me I unlocked tactician achievement. It shows 1 on the trophy tab. I go into achievement tab and I cannot collect gold on tactician because it has jumped to silver . No gold given. (500) for rookie or bronze. I have tried ctrl + C and then ctrl + v to copy and paste a screen shot. It is owning me tonight and cannot get it right. Sorry Oh and thank you for the fixing Close Combat achievement.

There is an achievement "Close Combat Expert" - kill enemy ground troops. I have killed over a dozen enemy troops, both alone,and with armor. I have killed them with just troops, armor, and artillery. But the number stays at 2 of 5...regardless of how many times I kill enemy troops.
