What is up with the on and off of the Server or connection to server? I can log on and be on for five or ten min. and then the commands get lagging and then cut out for ten to 30 min. During that time, no messages, no build commands, move/attack commands, and no research commands will register or be in effect after. Its quite frustrating. Any one else having this problem?

I get it. If the damage to the building were to be more realistic then the amount of damage done to the buildings will be positively correlated to the force in which it took to take the territory. New twist on that topic. If the territory was not taken even with a great battle, then what? Shouldn't the buildings receive damage in kind just as a successful attempt would have rendered? If there is a battle should the buildings be damaged no matter if it trades owners or not?
