How about a "Provincial Police Headquarters" building. The building itself doesn't add to production bonus, it allows Militia units stationed at the province's center to bump up the production percent, say 3-5% per unit. The number of Militia allowed to bump up production is limited to the level of the building. PostAll this talk of paratroopers has them defined like regular ground units. What if we made paratroopers a strategic unit like rockets. A one time attack that does a lot of damage to buildings and some reasonable amount of damage to infantry but little to armor. Unlike rockets, if there are no enemy ground units left at the center point of the province, if it was the target of the attack, the province is conquered. I had an enemy sub attacking one of my subs. Sent in a near by destroyer to help out using the Attack button. The destroyer held off at range and started bombarding but no damage was happening to the enemy sub. After a couple of hours fussing around I found you had to manually move the destroyer to practically on top of the enemy sub to do damage. You really need to fix this: using the attack button, destroyers need to move to the proper distance to actually attack subs rather than bombard dista…
