First as a new alliance you will be able to help mold and shape this new alliance into something great.
Second this alliance will allow you to command you're military in battle. Everyone will get this chance.

We are a rank base operation. Meaning orders will be delegated out during war time. Just like any other branch there will be ranking officers per that branch or sub division. This structure is being created now ! There are a lot of things that will need to be created with in this new alliance. Your idea's are welcomed and encouraged !!

One idea I have thought of is, If you like the Air Force then perhaps you would be the General of the air force division.
Another idea is to have sub divisions with in this alliance. All sub divisions will be lead by a General followed by the Colonel and so forth. All Generals report to the President.
We will have biweekly meetings and your vote will count towards all end results.

As a new alliance we are currently looking to fill top ranking positions now.
