Would it be possible to add scrapping, reuse, deactivation, etc to the game? Like for buildings, units, etc? And for infantry, you could...discontinue them? I'm unsure of the right word, anyways, try to get to this if you can, bye!

It would be cool to be able to destroy unneeded buildings for sure, add in there being able to receive a percentage of the resources from it as well."It is even better to act quickly and err than to hesitate until the time of action is past." - Karl Von Clausewitz

You can deactivate any building that takes resources to run, stopping it's work and upkeep.Free Time looks good on me

I've thought about this one for awhile and I agree, it would be a good thing to have a disband option for your units so that if your troops outrun your supplies, or you've played your peace in a game, you can kill your troops without having to declare war on everyone near you. The building mechanic works pretty well, just needs to make the deactivate button more obvious to the player for him to use instead of a predominantly computer based function.Logic is the path to the Dark Side Mr. Spock.

Although not a major priority, I have on occasion wanted to de-evolve a building. Rip up railroads in front of an advancing army, prevent some invader from gaining a cheap nuke reactor, or perhaps even relocate factories like the russians did in WW2. The "scorched earth" policy in war could be applied in-game to some decent effect. Who can forget the Russians or even the Union forces cutting a swath across the South in the American Civil war?
Although not a major thing in the vast pantheon of tweeks, we could add this to the Christmas wish list.
Since we are adding things, I have always wanted to send those Militia folks off to a boot camp, get them some decent training, and eventually make decent soldiers out of them. (Make Militia upgradeable to Infantry units) However I am not sure if there is an ability to program it. Sometimes i would rather like to shoot those slow moving, worthless everywhere save only in the hills , toothless hillbillies who gobble up resources long after their inital worth is over. I can't even send them to the frontline to get killed because they move so slow ...
Just minor grumbles. Thanks for all that you progammers do.
