    • Strategy for Abu Dhabi: Should Hamilton hold up Rosberg and make him vulnerable to traffic?

Season finale is coming up. It looks like Hamilton has nothing else to do than just go for the race win and hope his championship rival doesn't reach the "minimum necessary position" (P3 in this case) for the championship. So he is a bit in a situation of Raikkonen in 2007, Massa in 2008, or Vettel were in 2010.
However, is it feasible for Hamilton to play a more active role in the championship deciding race, provided he gets to lead it? Provided Rosberg is running after him, could he try to hold him up and make him vulnerable to rivals behind? Looking at history, a few times drivers have used such strategy to try to hinder the race of their direct rival, i.e Jacques Villeneuve in the opening stages of the 1997 Japanese Grand Prix, or Michael Schumacher at the 1999 Malaysian Grand Prix.
Nowadays the task is probably heavily complicated by DRS. It will be very hard to go slowly and hold up a driver with back-to-back long straights and DRS zones in Abu Dhabi.
