      I think this idea really needs to be looked at. I purpose some new buildings, here it goes.

      Oil Refinery- Can only be built where there is an Oil production bonus.
      At level 1: Oil refinery adds a 10% bonus to oil production on top of the infrastructure bonus.
      At level 2: Oil refinery adds a 20% bonus to oil production on top of the infrastructure bonus.
      At level 3: Oil refinery adds a 25% bonus.... or something similar.

      Farm- Can only be built where there is a Food production bonus.
      At level 1: Farm adds a 10% bonus....and so on.

      Also, maybe once the farm is fully upgraded you can build a Canning Factory or something similar.

      Hospital or a MASH unit. I think there should be a way to bring up the condition points without having to pay gold. I know it would change the game a lot, but it is realistic. In real life they have hospitals to treat soldiers. Now, it doesn't have to heal a large amount I just think if you retreat or you would have to march the low condition units to the stationary hospital and as they sit there the condition goes up a bit faster then now. Or, if it is a MASH unit you can bring them in to help bring the condition points up a little faster then normal. I think the building would be the most reasonable solution. The newspaper would also report wounded now too :)
