      I have just entered this game in observation mode and was able to login fine. Can you verify if this is still an issue?

      I actually joined the game without issues from my phone, but when i try to connect on my PC appears the same error
    • If you can connect to the game from one device but not another the error must lie with your device.

      Close the open browser tabs, clear browser cache, then close and restart the browser. This usually helps with browsers that are just taking you in circles.

      Mmmh... i don't know, i used Opera, Chrome and IE and it didn't work neither...
    • That tells me that the issue is not with the browser, but lies deeper within the computer. This is difficult for me to help you with as it is not an issue with our game, as shown by the fact that it works from one device but not another.

      You could try an incognito window in Chrome, which would ignore any cookies you have on your computer, although that doesn't quite sound like your issue.

      I have heard of a few people who had an issue like this fixed with a windows update, which makes zero sense whatsoever, but has been the issue several times.

      The incognito didn't work, but well... I think i just have to play from the phone :P
      I don't like that much the app version but it's something

      As my game operator said in response to your original question: We can find no issues with your account or with the game from our end. You appear to be having an issue with your computers or browsers.

      The suggestion was made to see if using the Chrome browser on your computer would work. As you have not tried that it makes it difficult to further troubleshoot your issue.

I begin to feel that you dont really care about my problem. Started in the middle to end of a gas me i was winning so a corrupted game i could accept but the system will not allow me to join another game it allows the choice then does not load. WHY would chrome make any differentness ???

      The timing of your issue appears to coincide with an Apple OS update, not really something that we have control over. It was very difficult to understand exactly what your issue was as you did not completely describe where the problem was until your seventh or eighth message. I believe we have given you a work around on the issue.

      it still shows the same and the game admin didn't even solve the problem

      i been spending money on the game but this turn me away for a year but it still occurring i am a multi player and cant be starting a proper game.

    • How else would you like me to put it. I have now been unable to play my games or join any games for nearly a month. I have tried every form of suggestion that i have been asked to and nothing has worked. i have since I joined spect a great deal of money with your company and at the moment that is all wasted. There are more people on this thread complaining about not being able to access the game and with the greatest respect no one is doing anything useful. The naswerers I am getting are attempts to pass the buck from your company to me.
