WHAT IS THE STORY BEHIND THIS RP?
The United States and China have gone to war. They warred for about 5 years, most fighting taking place in Japan, until the United States, under President James Mattis, dropped 5 nuclear bombs and warheads on mainland China. China retaliated and nuked the United States. This continued until both countries were destroyed. Russia decided to continue and nuked every country, until all of the world was destroyed. Eventually, Putin became greedy and nuked all of Russia so he could be the last man on earth. However, President Putin was killed in the explosions. Eventually, after 400 years, the human race descended once again from monkeys and new dogs and neanderthals. They came back in small colonies and settlements. They created new countries and civilizations, all apart from each other.

RULES OF THE ROLEPLAY
1) You must not have SM, RoW, War, Embargo, or trade anything with active player nations you have not met/bordered.
2) You must post a newspaper article of roleplay at least every 2 days. If you cannot, contact Romulus.
3) You must give Romulus947 shared map whenever he orders for a rule-break check.
4) When roleplaying, you may not make rebuttal posts until you have met the nation.
5) You must live up to your tech tree.
