We're really making resolution of these school-related, shared-wifi problems with our multi-account anti-cheating auto-bans harder than it needs to be. At least the two email addresses shown above are separate persons because MCPS does not issue multiple email addresses to the same student.
Bytro Labs and our volunteer administrator staff really need to work out better protocols for dealing with these issues, and, I might add, the response time to these issues here in the forum could use some drastic improvement, too. Moreover, a significant number of these auto-bans could be avoided if you would send specific warning emails to their registered (non-COW) email addresses, rather than relying on the COW message system for the actual warning and sending a generic "you've got COW email" notice to their registered address. Many if not most players are not even aware of the COW message system's existence, and don't know where to find it on the COW home page. I've been playing Call of War for over 18 months, I'm well aware of the COW message system, but unless I'm expecting a COW message from an administrator or another player, I usually don't check my COW messages daily, either.
