If a player occupies a countries capitol, and holds it for 5 full days, all land surrounding the capitol will surrender.
For Example:
If Germany occupies Paris and holds it, Germany will receive all of the French mainland because it all touches. The Rest of France will still be occupied by France. If France owned Spain at the time, perhaps the penalty will only go as far as the border of the original country which the capitol is in. And Germany will not receive Spain. Also in all acquired cities gained after the surrender, Germany will receive an infantry unit there.
This will promote more awareness of capitols and also make the game much more strategic and realistic.
