- In order to keep a good balance, they have decreased defense and attack values.

- Submarine damage has been lowered a bit.
- The Anti Air capabilities of Cruisers have been heavily increased.
- The Anti Air capabilities of Battleships have been lowered.
- Convoyed units now have a bit of Submarine defense
- The Submarine defense of Battleships has been slightly increased.
- The damage of Strategic Bombers against ground units & buildings has been slightly increased.
- The range of Strategic Bombers has been increased by 10%.
- Naval bombers now have a bigger radius which they can uncover.
- Decreased Anti Air values of Infantry,Militia, Mot. Infantry and Mech. Infantry.
- The manpower costs of Ships have been lowered.
- The manpower costs of Planes have been raised.
- Self-propelled Artillery has now an increased range.
