Due to issues I have started a second Blue Collar League Game.
The rules are the same. Feel free to join this in addition to the Waynebo hosted game. The aim is to provide a second area where you can play under the same rules.
For ease of Reference here are the rules:
Blue Collar Player's League Rules
1) There is a 3 day player peace period. There will be no peace period for AI countries.
2) A player may only capture two territories per day. EDIT 1 A day terminates at Day Change. A player may use espionage, artillery, strategic and tactical bombers to bombard as many territories as they wish, but they may only move to capture two per day. In addition one province must be captured with Infantry Units (this includes AA and Arty which are treated as Inf Class).Mech units include:
Armored Cars
All Tanks
Mech Inf but not Motorised Inf.
Tank Destroyers
Remember, you can take territories by rebellion and those do not count to the daily limit.
3) Rebellions do not count towards this one territory per day limit, so morale weakened by bombardments, spy activity, to cause rebellions is fair play.
4) No coalitions. All diplomacy is on the honour, NAP type agreements, one cannot get NPC countries to give ROW, NPC countries must be fought if moved into. No ROW to be shared with other players.
5) Players taking part will accept the judgement of the Game Administrator in respect of infringements of the rules, this could lead to fines of resources or discounting of VPs at the game end.Serious infringements could lead to suspension from the league.
6.The game will run for a calendar month. This means that the current game will end on the 17 November at which point the second leg of the league will start.
7) GOLD USE IS FORBIDDEN!! Given our problems enforcing this rule, we will set EXTREMELY harsh punishments for breaking them... If you are caught using gold, you will be banned from the PL for the remainder of the season, unless you confess in a PM to the game administrator ASAP of doing it, and are willing to accept, and cooperate in executing, a penalty.
Be respectful: Morale rule based on staff ethics, Bytro ethics, and normal social ethics
