If you created an account by accident you will need to delete that account.
From your home page click the "gear" button for settings, bottom button is delete account.

I have a similar problem, I pressed the "switch to mobile" button on my desktop and I can't get out of it. Can't find a log-out button or a settings button. Is there any way to turn it back?

But how do you log out if you want your friend to use your phone with his account?

Estoy dispuesto a darlo todo, a luchar por lo que soy, a ser libre dentro de mi, a guerrear mientras viva.

Alternatively, to log-out you can go to your browser's settings and clear the game website's data.
Like for example in Brave: go to 'Settings > Site Settings > Data Stored > and search for "www.callofwar.com" > click 'clear and reset' or the trash button.
Then just reload the website again and you'll be back on the registration/log-in screen
a bit of in depth abt it if your wondering:
This process will remove your account's information in your device's browser. Which is the info: "this account is logged-in on this website, so keep it". So removing this info is much like logging out. Since the real data about your account is saved on their servers, doing this won't do any harm on your progress other than removing your account in your browser.
