Things need to be done in air combat

sorry peter but you can not argue with realistic here. Because you cant kill ships with artilly for example..in real life ships are very carefull attacking a coastal fortress.

anyway i dont know if the hitpoinst reflect the difficulty to be hit...

Yup, air combat still seems to working just fine over here.
