Often complained of . . . no easy remedy except scouring the board to find them. If you are concerned whether they still exist, you can check the list of units from the menu under "trades." Go to the new trades option under in-game communications, change the items to be traded to "armies," and you should have access to a list of all of the numbered stacks in your forces. Knowing what you are looking for sometimes makes it easier to spot them on the board.
Good luck. -
another technique:
click on any unit, then use the arrow keys to move thru your units,
then use the move command, and you will see a path leading back to the unit.
extremely tedious, but there appears to be no easy way.
Many requests have been made for a "Units" menu, similar to the "Province" menu, but no response. -
This method works. Thanks.

If you have a unit that you know the name of (EG CR 30), go to the provinces tab, then hit CTRL F and then type that in. It'll locate it for you (unless it's been destroyed)
If not.. rip
