Money is a resource that is produced by your provinces.

To increase resource production you can:

1)Build or increase the level of Industrial complex in the province

2)Build or increase the level of Infrastructure in the province

3) Build or increase the level of Naval base in the province. Naval bases do consume oil daily, so plan for that.

However the investment in the buildings will have an extremely long payback period if intended just for money alone. A better choice would be to increase the production of some of your resources and sell the surplus on the market.



You can also capture an enemy capital and you will get half of their cash on hand, which can be significant in some cases.
