I know that happens when you occupy a enemy state, but why does it happen in my provinces? (I was bombarded, but never lost control of it.) Prevention?

Presumably production building was damaged and production was suspended ..
.. then a hypothetically estimated utopia time is displayed ..

I mean it is obvious that it should produce slower, but come on man. I actualy paid for the unit for nothing. It was a tank that i really needed, it had 1h until the end of production and all of a sudden 201491481 days left. Patch that. It should go from 1h to lets say 4h if it is solidly damaged.

After the reason for the production stop is eliminated, that is, after the damaged and not production-capable building(s) is(are) repaired, the tank will also be ready in 1 hour.

Actually it should say "stalled" when a prerequisite is damaged. Occasionally it displays the number of days instead of the word "stalled"

As Restrisiko says, repair the required buildings and the unit will complete in the original time remaining.
