    • And level 1 rockets are darned near useless in my opinion.

      Planes that have completed refueling will shoot down level 1 rockets.
      As will any other planes patrolling over the target
      As will any AA or any units that combine for a mediocre AA value.



      The only reason I build level 1 rockets is so that they upgrade to level 2 rockets when the level 2 research is completed.
