      Greetings All,

      My name is ChaosWarlord and I am the newest Game Operator for Call of War. While I have played this game for some years now I still find I learn something new on a regular basis. I have experience in the Player's League and other formats and have enjoyed them all.

      I am an "ancient" gamer having cut my teeth on the Atari 2600 and Commodore 64 back in the late 70's and early 80's. This game reminds me greatly of both Risk and Axis and Allies, with just enough of Rise of Nations and Age of Empires thrown in for fun. Without hesitation I say that Call of War is one of the best strategy games I have ever played in my nearly 4 decades of experience.

      I look forward to helping this community and it's players enjoy their time in this game.

    • I have a complaint regarding the game using gold that I did NOT authorized. I do not know HOW it was done. I may have hit the wrong key or tab.
      First, is there a way to see for myself what the gold was used for? Or can you get me a read out of those expenditures? Second, WHY CAN NOT A POP UP LIKE THE ONE FOR ROCKETS BE DEPLOYED REGARDING SPENDING GOLD??????

      I have lost nearly 9k in gold, since the beginning of the year. I had planned to spend $50 this month but if the game eats gold IT IS NOT WORTH DOING.

      Please let's work this our.

      When you use gold to purchase resources or espionage you will see that listed in those sections. However, there is not a listing to keep track of speed increases. Additionally, as you did receive the benefit from this gold it is not possible to reverse the transaction.

      It can be frustrating when something unexpected happens while playing, and just about every one of us has had that experience. I once did it by accident in the Player's League, and even though I followed protocol and reported that gold use immediately the consequences for that single "misclick" changed the way I was able to play in that round.

      I would also encourage you to view, and contribute to if you so choose, any number of threads in the Suggestions/Criticism forum that touch specifically on this topic. I think you will find that this idea has been mentioned numerous times before. I know for a fact that the Devs do view that forum on occasion, so perhaps your idea may get some attention after all.

    • Thanks for your response. I understand that tracking maybe a problem since the use of gold is instantaneous. If my idea of a pop up before the expenditure has been suggested previously, why has it not be tested in the bata games?

      Making this available would help increase the trust of gamers to buy the gold of the game knowing that it will be given respect that use of gold in the game as it will really make the use for an action with a reliable choice behind it, not a mistake at some level.

      I will open the link you have given and will do my best to put forward the idea in that forum.

    • I HAVE A GAME GLITCH TO REPORT AND DON'T KNOW WHERE TO ENTER IT. I AM IN GAME #2,734,807 IN WHICH THERE IS ONE PART WHERE NONE OF MY UNITS WILL MOVE. IF YOU LOOK AT THE GAME YOU WILL SEE WHERE THERE IS THE RED MARKER USED FOR A PLANES ROUTE/ AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS RED MARKER IS WHERE THE GLITCH IS.     • Please report bugs from within the game: bottom right, wheel button, then "bug" symbol.

      Create a support ticket (found in my signature, also in the bottom of the settings tab in game.)

    • Thank you - I may have been unclear. I have no issue buying the gold. Purchases help support the game. I just want to thank a few players who have helped me tremendously or have been kind in a game. I am willing to buy the gold and give it in thanks to a few others.
      If there is no way to do so, I think someone should take a look and go,,,, ohh heck why didnt we think of that?
      I can always spend it on a beer and a burger instead....

      lol. Also, you know that you can set an automatic signature so that it will appear after every message you post on its own, even old ones. That's what this is VVVVVVV (find it in the profile settings)
