      -Title of RP: 1935; History Repeats

      -RP introduction/lore/backstory:

      The timeline is 1914, the battle is commencing! Germany is battling France, Austria Hungary is losing in the east. Serbia gets obliterated. With the south secured, Austria Hungary pounded troops against Russia, being able to crush Russia in Poland, with Ottoman manpower and German technology of course. Russia was in full route, just getting shredded. Eventually Rasputin gained control of the military. Rasputin was able to hold the lines for a solid month, but the Habsburgs was having none of it. In 1915, Austria Hungary used the first tanks invented, and crushed through Russian lines. Russia dissolved into defeat, and peace was had in July of 1915, where then Joseph Stalin, Leon Trotsky, and Vladimir Lenin gained much support and killed the Tsar's whole family. Rasputin was furious, and Russia became a civil war, a bloody one. Austria Hungary and Ottomans, focusing on the north east, failed to defend from a Greek-Romanian-Bulgarian alliance, and Istanbul was in defense as the Central Powers rushed troops in defense.
      Suddenly, Greece, Romania, and Bulgaria, as desperate as they have fought, were annexed, though their sacrifice was not with good use. Italy, always trying to defeat Austria, invaded, and in Tyrol, Italy proved their might with the Second Earliest Tanks. It was a blood bath, and the battles began to wage on for months; a deadlock in the Alps and Balkans. Germany was having good luck in the west, defeating France back to Paris -- but unexpectedly, after Germany set up a blockade in response to the blockade of Sweden on Great Britain, millions of young boys and men alike from America was sent to fight the Germans, and pushed them out in the name of Democracy. Sweden, now seeing as their trade was being hurt by Britain, in 1916, sent millions to defend the lines pushed back to Alsace and Loraine, the line began to be a standstill, until both Germany and France and Britain and America begun to make tanks of their own. The battles did not gain much lands, it just became bloodier. Austria Hungary, after losing as much men as Italy did, but not nearly as much as the Ottomans and Russia did, asked the Entente for peace -- America accepted demands for peace, though Britain and France didn't. America, seeing how many young men and women alike died so far, pulled back from the war till peace be had. Britain and France was angered. Germany and Sweden, together, pushed the Entente back to Paris. In Asia, China has seized up it's massive empire, and Japan has too. In North America, Mexico tried to betray USA, but was easily crushed by the "Great Arsenal of Democracy" as Theodore Roosevelt claims about USA. Spain purchased back Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Mexico from USA with billions of US Dollars, and thousands of tons of resources, and an alliance to enforce peace in Europe. By 1920, as the war raged on, the Spanish-American alliance arrived in Paris, defeating both the Entente and Central Powers and enforced peace. The peace talks would begin.Austria Hungary was just trying to keep as much of it's lands as it could, the Habsburg Empire desired not to die, America would try as hard as it can to help Austria Hungary get this goal, but France and Britain was ruthless, in 1921, Yugoslavia would be created, Austria Hungary would lose Tyrol, Slovenia, Trieste, Croatia, and Krakow. America was able to gain them Romania as a counter balance, only to make the German Empire lose Poland and a few minor territories. Bulgaria and Greece would be owned by the Ottomans. Serbia would be the capital of Yugoslavia, but it soon began to act hostile to Italy over Albania. Otto von Habsburg would become the ruling Habsburg of Austria Hungary. Russia would also lose some of Poland and the entire Baltic States of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia to a new empire known as the Lithuanian Empire. China and Japan was completely left out of the treaty, but kept it's lands. Mexico would become a Spanish Puppet. Austria Hungary was blamed for the entirety of the war -- even though Serbia and Germany claimed it was Germany who encouraged it, and Serbia funded the Black Hand! Austria Hungary is forced to pay 612.88 billion Austrian Schillings (50 Billion USD/50,000,000 In game currency) in 1938, though they obviously do not have it. America got hostile, demanding peace without victory! But France and Britain cared none, as they have now re-militarized a navy and land army. A motion for to happen in 1945 Austria Hungary is demanded to dissolve came up, but it was quickly shot down as the Ottomans, Germany, Austria, Serbia, Italy, Sweden, America, and Spain all disagreed with France and Britain's proposal. In 1921 it is agreed, though not amongst anyone, nor even most agreed, that Austria is to blame for the war and shall pay 612.88 billion Austrian Schillings (50 Billion USD/50,000,000 In game currency) in 1938, or if they fail to pay, Austria Hungary shall lose all of Romania to France until it is paid up. In it, several nations are made, and the Central Powers gets weaker and weaker. China and Japan forms the Eastern Alliance to counter weight Entente, or newly named the Western Allies. America and Spain bonds more in 1929, where they begin to trade heavily. In 1930, years of conflict has worn down Russia, and the Communists finally rises to power under Joseph Stalin. In 1934 (unknown to the world except who ever gains Moscow) they sent 15 million of innocent men and women to their death, in August of 1934 they ordered another 5 million was ordered to death for beliefs of capitalism. Persian moments:[i]Persia had been neutral during most of the great war... Sending a little economic aid to Britain, but not sending boots on the ground. In 1930, though, Stalin would take no more of this peace. He blamed Persia for the reason why the Russian economy fell...and he also blamed Capitalism... And in October of 1930, he sent his mass legions to fight the Persians. Persia, though neutral in the world war, was not going to bow to just anyone, and so bloody battles happened. The battle of Tehran being the deadliest, and the last. In Tehran, children and mothers strapped with bombs and killed as many Russians as they could, only to die in vain. The fathers were to die in the city, Russian Tanks were too much for the Persian Cossacks. By 1933, finally, peace was made, and made Navid Shomali the Communist dictator of Persia. It rapidly began to industrialize and persecute anything with religious beliefs.

      =I reserve the right to use Gold to eradicate those who violate the rules, or to penalize players for rulebreaks. Mind you, I have the capacity for lots of Goldmark.
      =We will heavily Focus On Finishing Landswap First, meaning no official in character RP before we finish landswapping unless informed otherwise.
      =Coalitions are to be “Empire Based” only unless specified otherwise, meaning, my coalition should be named the official name of my nation, have the official flag of my nation, and consist of me as well as my vassals, colonies, dominions and/or tributary states. I reserve the right to disband any coalitions not following the rules stated above. You may create multiple coalitions if slots are filled for one, just keep the flag and info same for all of them.
      =NO Meatshielding under any circumstances. (Meatshielding is the act of purposely stacking infantry units onto naval vessels in an effort to limit or inhibit damage to ships)
      = All alliances are to be made public. Military Alliances which are not made public will not be considered valid for calling in allies to war. To limit/stop the formation of super military alliances, I would like to ask you all to not form excessive alliances with those around you.
      =Military Alliances must have an agreed upon end date announced, and can only last for up to 10 years

      Admins has limited powers, but not too limited:-They, with permission of head admin, can make a rule to balance/make historical-They, with permission, can modify tech trees-They CAN'T override the Head Admin when met with opposition from the Head Admin-When the Head Admin is gone, any previous ruling will be dealt with as a supreme court case, and his word shall be god unless is contradicted later-They can help contribute to the game/spend gold to enforce punishment when official word came from the Head Admin-Admins can make an event if it is purely historical, however, again, needs permission from Head Admin


      -war rules:

      =All Wars [Excluding Civil Wars] are to be declared at least 6 hours prior to any military contact. If this rule is broken, no allies are permitted to aid the attacker, thereby inhibiting his/her ability to wage said war. =All Conflicts are to be made public and declared through the Newspaper Before the 6 hour period can start. This can be made in the form of an ultimatum, or through a direct declaration. The title of the article on the newspaper must include X declares war on Y or some similar format. The War Goal must also be included in the article declaring war. If this is not done, I reserve the right to void your war, or inhibit allies from aiding the attacker. = A War Declaration must be at least 200 words. Declarations of war are significant events throughout the course of the round. While war is not forbidden, it has the potential to drastically alter the game and limit a players current ability to roleplay. Example title: “The Ottoman Empire Declares War on Venice!” Example body: “Ottoman Imperial Forces move forth to secure the island of Crete for the glory of the Sublime Porte!... =In all wars, there are two war leaders: one aggressor and one defender. If either leader loses its capital, that war is an automatic victory for the opposing side, and all nations are forced to come to diplomatic negotiation. Those who continue conflict will be penalized or removed from the round entirely. =At any time, any non-vassal non-colonial nation can sue for peace. In which case, both sides will come to diplomatic talks. Keep in mind suing for peace will automatically break the alliance with the war leader it supports in that war, and all diplomatic talks must lead to peace. If you are supporting your ally, and you sue for peace with the enemy, you cannot return to that war as you will forcibly have a separate peace agreement.
      =Pirating, Coastal Raiding of nations vessels and troops, and spy bombardment is allowed, however, know that it will be legitimate justification for full scale war. Pirating that turns into a province capture will count as a full war and the war article must be posted beforehand. Again, pirating or raiding must be announced on the Daily European Newspaper in order for all players to be aware. If this leads to full war, the normal war rules will take place, however, pirating or raiding that does not lead to full scale war can go on forever, or until a treaty is signed between nations involved.

No provinces can be captured with this wargoal. Vassals cannot declare independence if won. Install Espionage state: Set up a state that is independent, but gives all known information on a foe to the nation that set this state up. Install Banana Republic: Set up a state that is independent, but sells directly and primarily to the nation that set this state up. Liberate/steal a satellite: Take or free a vassal from another empire that, as long as it is role played well, will serve it's own interest, or the victor's interests

      No land grab wars! Rp a build up between nations, and have an actual cause for war! Thousands of people die in these wars, so don't let them die in vain!

      To force-fully win a war, you must take the capital and 20% of the nation's land; or 60% of the nation's land.

      Civil wars can be joined by outside nations; however, the old government would be the side that is played by other nations, and gives all nations with interests rights to be involved; can be used to spark a cold war or world war too.

      No wars till 1936; ais can be warred -- you must have a reason.
