    • 15% Core COMBAT Bonus when Core Province occuped

      When an enemy occupies a core province and then you attack the core's troops elsewhere in the province does the 15% home field advantage apply?

      Further does the 15% apply to both attack and defense factors?


      Does this apply to both ground and air combat in the occupied core province? :?:

    • If the enemy occupies your province, it is not yours, and the core bonus does not apply.


      There are two separate aspects to the home defense bonus.

      1). A 15 percent increase to strength. This means that the attack and defend values are increased by 15%

      2). A 15% reduction in damage applied. This works the same way that forts work, where 15% of the damage that your units would get is deflected by the fort, or in this case the home defense “shield”


      All units are affected, including planes and rockets. Patrolling planes must have their center within the core For the bonus to be in effect.

      Does this mean that in addition to your attack and defense values being increased that there is another bonus that 15% of the enemy attack is ignored.

      So if two forces of combat value 100/100 meet in a core defense battle then
      the defender is treated as 115/115 and the attack of the attacker is reduced by 15% so it is as if it was an 85 attack??

      are you saying here that if I place the centre of plane patrol on the edge but still in core that any enemy units coming upto but still outside my core that are picked up by my planes patrolling would get this bonus - and if so would enemy anti air get the same negative result if it was this that the planes picked up in patrol
