How I can get a permit to be allow to create a Call of War tournament?

I have this question about how I can be available to make A Call of War tournament? Do I need any permits ?

Nope. Answered you in Spanish. You need High Command. Which you will have to pay Bytro. Even if you do, you can only create one per month.

You get HC. Not only map. Sorry the picture is in CAD but yours is different. Depends on how many maps you want to create. REMEMBER 1 per month and for 25 days/180 days/1 year. 1year, you can create UP TO 12. 180days. UP TO 6. 25 days UP TO 1. Depends on what you need.

You also get Fire mode, Shared Intel, High Command Channel, Rally Point, Build Queue, Upload picture to Newspaper. Only games can be created in Desktop!
