Guys the whole point is that the British Government backs up those with a British passport to the hilt (and sometimes beyond). That is what it means to have a British passport (I have one BTW). One expects the gunboats to arrive shortly after having some sort of minor bother with an Eastern Potentate to two.

I like the "requires" bit
So the Falkland is British until and unless the British passport holders residing there declare otherwise. Also the sheep should have something to say about it all as I presume they vastly outnumber the British passport holders. Argentine special forces - dress up as sheep and have your say. -

According to Wikipedia at least (and most sources I’ve seen in the past) “Falkland Islanders overwhelmingly prefer to remain British.“ don’t think they want be part of the corrupt (and now very right wing) Argentine government anyway.
