I agree they should have no attack value vs naval units but at the same time, locking an enemies ships up in a naval melee and then killing them with rockets is a guilty pleasure lol
Where can I find the artillery vs. aircraft on the ground attack value?

Yeah, they are over powered in game, we talked about it, here I used it only like example. Here is another one, if you have 5 interceptors level one in patrol over one arty they will kill it in 5 or 6 ticks, so lets say in hour and half. Attack value is 0.5 against infantry, so 5 of them is 2.5 and multiplied with 1.5 is 3.75 still not 5 HP. How? Or if you attack one light tank with stack 5 interceptors and 5 tac bombers you will not probably kill it in direct hit, but if you use 3 groups of 1 interceptor and 1 bomber you will. And they do have same SBDE. So I do not get it, what influences that kind of difference?"Then, when you run out of ammunition and the enemy continues to advance - to the bayonet, when they break your knife - to your hands, when they break both of your hands - to your teeth, when you get the last tooth knocked out, as long as you move, as long you are there - attack! When they mortally wound you, see to it that you fall in their way, so they have to go around you, jump over you or move you - bother them even in death!" speech of lieutenant Tasic before battle of Cer 1914.

Sounds like the X-factor. On any particular shot or tick, I have seen cases of 0% all the way up to 200%. Over many shots, it seems to average 100%.
