    • 1.5 A.I. Production Algorithm FAILURE

      In the 1oo player 1.5 I just over ran 4 A.I. countries at the start. This was a 4x period and there was one real day of Peace which translates out to 4 game days *(6 hours real time=24 hours game day).

      I was shocked to discover in many of the A.I. Urban areas that they had level 2 Infrastructure. There is no reason to build infrastructure in a small Urban province. The morale boost is not really a concern for the A.I. and the speed is irrelevant.

      Therefore there is a need to change the algorithm of the A.I. builds in Urban areas and I might suggest that they do something like

      30% Barracks
      10% Artillery
      10% Tanks
      10% Labs
      10% *port or more artillery if not a port
      10% Aircraft
      10% Forts
      10 % Factory
      Once started there they should go to improve the existing facility with an 80% roll and then 20% change over to another basic roll on the chart above.

      In Rural places, where there is a resource the chances should be something like
      70% nothing
      15% Local Factory
      5% airfield
      10% forts
