Here is the scenario: I have an enemy down to one province I have not taken yet. The original player has quit and this is now AI controlled. Overnight, two provinces flip back to the enemies possession Those provinces were previously in my possession and flipped overnight due to morale issues and I did not have units there or built any manufacturing of any kind there. My enemy has no units left anywhere including adjacent to these provinces. Overnight no manufacturing plants of any type were built on that province by the enemy. And yet magically overnight, there is an anti-tank unit there. There is no possible means for that to happen. Please fix this bug.

They could have been in production long before they appeared. It’s not a bug. You just don’t have all of the information.DoctorDR1

There could have been a rebellion there and then theAI moved the anti tank into the province

I always look for enemy barracks or IC's in enemy provinces and prioritize taking them ...
-
See that's just it. The AI could not have move a unit in because I own all the surrounding provinces to the ones that flipped. There were no enemy units left anywhere in the area. There was no manufacturing barracks or anything in those provinces. I owned them. I know. And there is nothing there now either. i know because i am fighting that unit right now in that province. I can see whats there, nothing. Except the unit that magically appeared.

I also doubt this is a bug, especially on 1.5.
An ordnance factory and an anti-tank could be produced from nothing in less than 3.5 hours, and that's just one example of many possibilities for this scenario to exist.Jacques Thomas

Did the AI have any urban provinces left? And was it a 1.0 or 1.5 game?

No urban left and 1.5

I guess i should point out these two provinces that flipped were also not urban.

I'm telling you there is NO construction items on those provinces but there was a unit and there was no way for that unit to have traveled there.
-
well then it’d impossible for him to make new units. Maybe he already had the unit but not in the center of the province. Perhaps on a road or something.

There, it did it again! Instant units. in less than 30 minutes! I'm sitting here logged in, I move some units off control points to rearrange them. I then open another tab in my browser to do other stuff. less than 30 minutes later I go back to the Call of War tab, 4 provinces have flipped and 2 of them have units already on them! I'm telling you there's a bug.

Your own units within the province will join the rebellion in many cases.War is a game that is played with a smile. If you can't smile, grin. If you can't grin keep out of the way til you can. - Winston Churchill

Check the newspaper on these provinces. I suspect you'll find your answer there.Jacques Thomas
