I got an idea for call of war - chaff.
It could be created by Aircraft factory lvl 2 and would be an air unit, costing 1000 metal, 100 rare materials, 20 oil and 200 supplies.
Its daily usage cost would be 10 oil, 20 supplies and 50 metal, and its health would be 10.0 hitpoints, but would have 0 damage.
It flies in the air as a stealth unit until it attacks its target, then the enemy gets a fake intel image of a bunch of enemy infantry units.

It was a good era as a Republic we landed. But then the Russian's land was narrow for him. Ai-ui-ai-jaa, ti-ral-lal-laa, but then, the Russian's land was too narrow for him. Ai-ui-ai-jaa, ti-ral-lal-laa, but then, the Russian's land was too narrow for him. Then the Red Army came like rags, and accompanied by a [sic] mendel was a political print. Ai-ui-ai-jaa, ti-ral-lal-laa, and accompanied by a mendel was a political print. Ai-ui-ai-jaa, ti-ral-lal-laa

That’s more futuristic Cold War like, not ww2.
The British deployed chaff against Germany during WW2.

    • It does no damage, and its point is to distract the enemy while you bring an attack on another front.

Ok but it will only be able to be researched very late into the game because it was used at the end of the war..
It was first used in 1942... Call of War takes place in 1942

Nuclear weapons make the game complex for new players. One day you have a 20 unit stack, next day there's a mushroom cloud over them
