As a admin of a match how do I replace an afk player?

Can somebody explain how I replace afk players I am the admin and want to add one of my friends into a match.

Hi, you click on your profile in the top left corner. You then click on the button on the right of the Manuel that opens. It is a soldier icon with an 'X'. There will be a remove inactive player button if you press on it. NOTE: No new players added on Day 10+

I understand that afk means no longer active, but what is it literally?

That is 4 days in game time you have to go to newspaper and check Game rules to see if it might be different for different games.

in the game it is called inactive player

PS. AFK is away from keyboard
