Just a suggestion but felt that it doesn't make sense that planes on direct attack can still locate units after a refuelling session, when the units are either stealthed or not in the plane owners' territory.

Case in point: Currently in a match where my enemy's naval bombers can automatically target my subs with pinpoint accuracy regardless of how far I move away from them, just by giving an attack command at the beginning and not touching the planes anymore.
