    • ROLEPLAY SUGGESTION

Hi! So this is something I think, could make for an interesting RP. If anyone wants to cooperate or take charge of the RP, I would appreciate it.

MAP: WORLD DOMINATION (100 PLAYERS)-1.5 VERSION

It is an alternate 1932. History has gone down a different and much more conflicted path. The 1929 crash had more repercussions than expected. Nationalistic ideologies flourish around the globe and have affected much of its geography.

Europe is in turmoil. Germany is preparing itself to exact revenge on the victorious Allied powers, Both the French and British empires are now facing the demise of their colonial system, and not only do they seek for getting their empires back, but to contain the German threat. The rest of the continent finds itself in an uncertain position, not knowing who to follow: The rising Germans or the weakened (yet still strong) British and French.

Africa is a complete chaos. With Europe severely hit by economic crisis, most of Africa is now under the dominion of proto-nations led by warlords who seek to take control of the continent`s vast resources and unify the continent, whether to plead allegiance to their former european masters or to crush them, it´s still unknown.

Following the collapse of the Ottoman Empire and the 1929 crisis, the european possesions in the Middle East are in disarray. Iraq and Syria have formed as new proto-states and are determined to remain independent from European Imperialism. However, Persia and Saudi Arabia are the dominant powers in the region, and both are willing to impose their will on the rest of the countries of Western Asia. The beaten Turkey however, after a period of reform under Mustafa Kemal, is still a threat.

China is in a complex situation as well. The alliance between the Nationalists and the Communists has collapsed, with the latter regrouping in the Northeastern part of the country. China´s inner provinces are now controlled by warlords who seek to unify the country and restore it to its former glory days. The ancient Qing Empire is now under the reign of feudalism.

Southern and Eastern India have taken their chance to seceed from the British-loyal Raj, all of them fighting for control of the subcontinent. A new muslim Pakistan has now formed in the Northwest end of the continent, and poses an everlasting menace to the Hindu-majority India.

Southeastern Asia is home for revolution, as Burma, Indochina and the East India islands proclaim independence from their European masters. Seeking control over the South China Sea, the trade in the Indonesian archipelago and the Indian Ocean, the masters of each country see domination of the region as the only end.

In the Asian chaos, not even Japan remains unaffected. Korea has declared itself an independent state, and Manchukuo may be on the same path. Japan sees all of the disunity in Asia as an opportunity to push for their own goals of a Japanese-led Asia.

The USSR finds itself in a tense situation. The first five-year plan found opposition among the farmers of the far away provinces. Rebellions have sparked across the Union, and the state of many regional leaders are not in the best terms with Moscow.

The United States of America, though still strong, the rural states are shaken by the Wall Street crash. Many states reclaim their right to annex those in anarchy, and the US doesn`t know how to react.

To the south, Latin America is in disarray because of local problems. Mexico was governed by generals since the revolution, but tensions have reached their height, there being two self-declared Mexican nations, vying for control of their homeland. While Argentina followed a similar path with a revolution in the indigenous south, Brazil was subject to a military coup, but the amazonic and central provinces rebelled against Rio de Janeiro. Central America`s countries (dominated by Banana companies, collapsed after the 29 crash) have no government. The rest of South American countries, however, were relatively unaffected by the collapse of industries, because of their mainly agricultural economies.

If the RP was to be done, a discord server would be set for diplomacy and roleplay purposes. Each nation would have its own backstory and strategic guide. For example, Syria`s backstory would be as follows:

      SYRIA:

After being subjugated by Turkey for hundreds of years, Syria found itself colonized by the French. After the 1929 crash, the territory rebelled against French rule and is struggling for survival in a convulse region.

      STRATEGIC QUESTIONS:

      • How is Syria`s relations with Iraq going to be, considering both of them are rebels to European powers?
      • How is Syria going to defend against the ambitions of their ancient masters to the north, in case they decide to attack?
      • Is Syria using diplomatic or military maneuvers to prevent themselves from domination by either Saudi Arabia or Iran?

There would also be federations (special channels designed to simulate the US and the USSR). They should have special procedures and alliances to wage war and manage their economic and internal relations.

Of course, RP should be carried for economic treaties and war against other nations (either playable or AI). Mods should make sure that war isn´t carried out by any reason.

This is merely a suggestion. I accept any commentary you might have, and if you want to help me creating this RP, it would be amazing!
