      Scenario for historical roleplay COW map (information will be added about every country). We need 8 more players. To participate you need to write me your phone number with country code to I will add your to our WhatsApp group. Of course you should have WhatsApp.
      General rules.
      1) It is forbidden to use gold.
      2) In diplomacy and in the newspaper we play the role of some historical representative (or different representatives) of the country you are playing for, in newspaper we write at least something every day.
      3) Each country has its own political specifics, they have common goals with their allies, but also competition with each other even inside of alliance. All countries can be divided into Axis countries, the countries of the anti-Hitler coalition and neutral / undecided countries. The Axis countries can attack only the countries of the anti-Hitler coalition or the neutral ones. The countries of the anti-Hitler coalition can attack only the Axis or neutral countries.
      4) Country-pick. For the first game, to have better balance of the Axis and Anti-Hitler coalition teams power, to raise importance of the small countries, and in some way to keep historical line, country pick by players will be according to their game skills. So we will not have strange situation, that Germany is wiped by Poland, or USSR by Hungary, Japan by Mongolia, USA by Mexica, and scenario will be broken for everyone. Information about players skills will be taken from the kill/death coefficient in rank-maps against human-players. After the first finished game, countries for the next game will be pickable. Than every player will get his rank-place, depending from previous map (it depends not just from power, but many factors, so any country has good chances to get high rank-place), and this rank-place will be the reason of reward by medals, military ranks, their turn of picking of country on next map (1st place picking first and so on).
      In a first game players providing screenshots with their kill/death coefficient, than they getting countries, in a list below countries are placed by decreasing of the player k/d coefficient, from top to low:

      Game starts in Saturday
      1.USSR. Anti-Hitler coalition. This country wish peace. Crushed almost all the armies of Germany, and armies of Finnland, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, part of Italian forces, Japasese and Manchurian armies cleaning the continent and Kuril islands.
      Cannot attack another countries before they attacked USSR. Exclusions:
      a) liberation of Western Ukraine and Western Belorussia from Polish occupation with Western border of Curzon Line (Western Soviet provinces under Polish occupation are: Grodno, Bialystok, Brzesc, Chelm, Zolkiew, Mostyska. Should be done on first Monday, as it happened when the Polish state already collapsed).
      b) Baltic states (as they joined USSR in 1940, but in game there are no ability to take them under control with diplomacy)
      c) Declare war on Finnland as Axis state at second Sunday.
      d) Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina in Romania (afterwards of the Romanian invasion during Civil War in Russia (second Monday, Romania must accept Soviet ultimatum, declare war on USSR, USSR declare war on Romania, taking provinces with Western edge on Kiliya, Bacau, Roman, Botosani, than they conclude peace).
      e) Tannu-Tuva (if Soviets wish, as it was Soviet ally, but in game there are no possibility to involve it to war on your side)
      f) Declare war on Hungary as Axis state on third Sunday (as Hungary attacked USSR)
      g) Declare war on Italy after Italy declared war on USSR on third Sunday.
      h) Declare war on Slovakia as Hitler's puppet, attacked USSR with Germany.
      i) Declare war on Persia as German sattelite 2 days after German attack on USSR.
      j) Declare war on Japan in 2 days after Germany lose, according to deal with USA.
      Soviet-Chinese relationship: USSR can supply China with materials, if they wish (Chinese state Gomindan had big material help from USSR, as it was union of Chinese nationalists and communists against Japan, but in game Nationalist and Communist states already devided (and they are already hostile to each other, so help to China is a player's decision).
      Soviet-Mongolian relationship: Mongolia is ally of the USSR, that supplied USSR with materials (10 thousands materials, which USSR will ask about on first day)
      Soviet-British and Soviet-American relationship: USA is a country in ownership of businessmen, USSR is in ownership of workers, so USA see USSR as potential enemy in next conflicts, but currently USSR is an ally of USA while USSR should be used as a hammer to crush Germany, Japan and Manchuria at Eurasia continent, to evade American losses and to give possibility to USA to land in Europe with fresh forces becoming the factor of power on background of weakening of Germany and USSR in previous bloody war between them, so to reserve the Europe for American influence in order to have it in next war against USSR on American side. Thats why USA and Great Britain will wait until Red Army will destroy main German armies, and only when Red Army will step in Europe, than Western allies would land in France to reserve the land preventing its capturing by Red Army.
      Soviets understand, that Western allies leaving them against European fascist block alone, and considering such passiveness of Western allies as a kind of allies-betray towards USSR. Soviets regularly demand of opening second front in West. Western allies waiting, justifying themselves by some actions they do: sea war against Germany, war against Germany and Italy for influence in Africa, bombing of Germany and land lease. So:
      1) war at sea against Germany begins from the first day;
      2) beginning from second Sunday Great Britain must keep one German city destroyed by bombers; beginning from third Sunday USA must keep another one German city destroyed by bombers acting from England;
      3) war in Africa begins on second Sunday;
      4) land lease to USSR as it was only 4% from Soviet war spends, and in the ending of the war, is the choice of a USA-player, to send something to USSR or not.
      Japanese-Soviet, Japanese-American-plus-British relationships: in result of Japanese defeats from Soviets in 1938 and summer 1939, and singing of non-aggression pact between USSR and Germany, Japanese government went through crisis, in result they began to beware Soviets, and trust to Germany convincing Japan to attack Soviets was broken. In military leadership of Japan have got domination “sea group” targeted on creation of the “zone of the mutual wealthy” – colonial policy in South-Eastern Asia, with colonization of the rich by resources zone near ocean, that could be controlled by navy and naval aircraft. In this places where Japanese interests met confrontation against of American imperialism interests. Americans also want to dominate in this region. Great Britain also do not want to give up their interests in Asia, so Britain is also in war with Japan.
      2) USA. Anti-Hitler coalition. This country has goal to dominate in Europe and Asia, so has conflict with Germany, Italy, Japan and Manchuria. Public opinion is sensitive to losses, so if they will have total losses of 50.000 unit points against Japan and Manchuria they are losing war to Japan and getting last place in Anti-Hitler coalition.
      Cannot move navy from Perl Harbor, until it will be attacked by Japan (third Sunday).
