    • Ridiculous Anti-air

Anti-air units are so ridiculously powerful this must be a bug or something, for example here is 1 heavy tank + 1 anti air vs 1 SP anti air and SP anti air is attacking side: (Every unit had full HP)

This is the damage heavy tank group took:
      hizliresim.com/xKjU9g

While this is the damage SP anti air took:
      hizliresim.com/JHEjHE

While in reality SP anti air is both extremely cheap and easy to produce unit compared to heavy tanks and a heavy tank should easily destory them especially while defending but they are performing better than heavy tanks?? Seriously what is this??? No wonder this guy is producing only anti air and SP anti air...

The SP Anti Air shown in the screenshot is on elite level, while your troops are not.
Your screenshot shows that there are more units involved. All units deal out their damage in an area of 5, and receive returning damage from all units in that area of 5 as well. Meaning in the combat above all units nearby are involved, not just the 1 SP Anti air.

A single SP Anti Air of course wouldnt defeat you and isnt particularly strong. Everything works as intended here.

Ohh, i had no idea near units were involved which explains why heavy tank unit got that much damage but doesn't explain at all how exactly that attacking SPAA got so little damage!! It is correct SPAA or AA (German 88 not American 40 Bofors) were effective against armors especially in a well fortified defensive position but this SPAA was attacking not defending, plus it is attacking against a heavy tank which supposed have much better stats while defending..

By the way im not ranting at all as i defeated him easily by quickly capturing his core territories but it doesn't mean SPAA has any reasonable stats as they are far cheaper and easy to produce than heavy tanks then anybody could explain please why should we produce heavy tanks instead of spamming SPAA if they have such high anti-armor damage even while attacking???

    • Because Heavy tanks still easily beat SPAA if you compare them 1on1 or in terms of invested resources. Just compare the stats: On maximum level the SPAA does 10.6 defense damage and 5.3 attack damage against heavy armor and has 80 HP, while the heavy tank on max level does 25 defending damage and 25 attack damage against light armor and has 155 HP.

The SPAA in your example likely didnt take too much damage in one hit because the damage was split among all nearby units and it happened that the other units nearby therefore soaked up parts of the damage.
