Melilla and Ceuta- Spanish or Moroccan?

So, @comrade dave did a short series of listing territorial disputes from around the world and asked who owned them. He has not come out with any others lately so I thought I would do them. Currently, Spain controls the cities of Melilla and Ceuta- sort of reminiscent of their old empire. Both Spain and Morocco have claims on the 'Autonomous Cities'. Which own rightfully owns them?

I think it is Spanish as well.

Though I know someone who works in Melilla prison.

P.S. I am the most sedentary person you will ever know. My ideal Saturday plan, waking up late, having a huge breakfats, reading, having lunch, reading, huge 'snack' at 17:00, reading, small supper, computer, go to bed, reading, sleeping. But my mum likes to go on day trips.
