on Historic world war Map Columbia should be playable. If Persia is playable I dont see why Columbia wouldnt be as well. Im playing 1.0 in my game right now as Germany and a week has passed and Columbia has the 5th strongest Army in the world. That country should be playable also it would make South America very interesting place to be at! To add the country just buff its rare material production a bit and its gonna be good to go!
