      There should be two bars of a unit morale and hp. In real battles not all units of one side would die for the battle to win, most of the time most of the enemy forces retreated and only some were killed. So there should be a morale bar which will fill out faster than the hp one. When it reaches 0 the unit will retreat from the site of battle to a friendly neighbouring province. If there are none all units die and some of their equipment is captured. The capturing player could also get some information about the enemy as some POWS open there mouths. This will make encirclements realistic. Together with my post on Supply Lines this will make the game very realistic and more fun to play.
