How do we defeat 10 units of railroad guns with 10 units anti air. Same with 10 SP artillery with 10 anti air when they keep attacking and running?

For the first stack is it a stack of 20? Rail and anti air is extremely slow. You can use these four options:
1. some type of light armor stack (Armored car, mech infantry, light tanks or maybe medium tank) to rush those positions and wipe them out, throw in some mot infantry too if you got it.
2. Your own 10 railguns to counter.
3. Get commandos, militia or even drop para's behind them to block them off. Commandos and militia won't be seen unless they are also scouting.
Optional depending on terrain: AT or Tank Destroyer to sneak in through forested regions.
Second scenario:
That's a tough stack but almost the same thing could help.
1. Come in fast with built up light armor and overrun them. They are fast than SP units.
2. Railguns could counter that good too.
3. Commandos or militia again.
Not gonna lie that that's a tough combo to battle ESPECIALLY if the person is super active. You can find ways around by hitting flanks and encircling the stack eventually. -

- What terrain?
- Near water or no
- separate stacks of 10 or are they are complete stack of 20? -
Their base is in turkey and syria. Syria use 10 railroad gun and 10 anti air in one stack 20 units
Meanwhile turkey use 10SP anti air and 10 SP artillery one stack 20 units
We are trying to invade them on water but they are shooting it with railroad so the only way is to go in the front but the front is full of mountains which makes our troops super slow especially our light armored cars -
