I am going to write this report from a bigger picture POV since it seems more interesting and fun to write that way while still being simple to read. This is a day by day report btw. Everything not from this POV will be written in italics. Every in game day will equal 1 month and each unit will equal roughly 100,000 units (I know this is inaccurate for certain units but I don't feel like sacrificing troops to find their strength).

Preface: Following the end of World War 1, the League of Nations was formed, a mutual intergovernmental organization designed to defend and prevent another world war. While members within this coalition have been disclosed to the public, it's members were the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Netherlands, Poland, the United States, Turkey, and the Soviet Union. Each nation vowed to help another member out in the event of a world war. Several other nations were invited into the pact which never came up with a decision on whether to join, China, Sweden, and Spain. However, the League of Nations was weak due different beliefs and government forms, lack of US and Turkish support, and having no real army by itself. On July 29th, 1939, the League of Nations held a meeting in order to work out these issues. They came up with a compromise in which the Turkish, Soviet, and Polish nations would serve as the Eastern branch and the French, Italian, Netherland, and English would serve on the Western branch. Remember, at this time, no coalitions have been formed. Unfortunately, the LoN was unprepared for the turn of events when Germany invaded Poland.

September 1st, 1939. Today, without warning, German armies have launched a campaign against their Polish neighbors. With that an inevitable world war has just begun. The Polish armies suffered heavy losses against the German mechanized armies in the battle of Ostrów Wielkopolski. The German Luftwaffe and artillery guns bombarded the retreating Polish forces as they rapidly withdrew to the Wilno line, trying to save what was left of their armies. The axis forces have just been formed, comprising of Germany and Japan. Over the course of the month, the Germans moved quickly through Poland reaching Gdynia and Warsaw. A meeting was called between the LoN members. The Soviets would support the Polish armies in a counter-attack through a German weak spot after the Germans overextended. They would also defend their Eastern front against the Japanese. In Western Europe, the English sent an expeditionary army of 600,000 soldiers, (6 divisions) to France through a port built in Dunkirk, Lille. 700,000 LoN troops stationed in Italy moved to the Italian border against Germany, along the Italian Alps. The Western branch would try to take out Belgium in order to unite Netherlands with France. In North America, US forces moved through Canada in search of extra resources. French armies moved along the German border and took up defensive positions in order to hold off an attack. LoN navies blockaded the Mediteranean sea, controlling the Suez Canal and the Strait of Gibraltar. Other ships were sent around Spain to prevent German ships from outflanking the Maginot Line.
